Host your rehearsal dinner with activities and music. Choose from bag toss, art room activities and bar with tv's
Idyllwood can host the wedding ceremony, or we can arrange a location in Bryan Memorial Park.
8,000 square foot reception floor holds 300 comfortably. Guests enjoy appetizers, activities and drinks while wedding party gets photographs taken. Catering available.
Options include: Our DJ for $350 to $475 or provide your own DJ or band.
Dance under the disco ball with black lights and serve late night snacks.
Host bridal showers or gift opening parties with brunch, and your choice of drinks. Catering can be arranged.
Rental comes with our standard setup white curtained walls and lighted curtain head table backdrop. Plus white chairs and your choice of white or charcoal grey covered tables for 100 or 200. Additional Seating $6 per person
Our facility is handicap accessible and across the street from the beautiful Williams Jennings Bryan statue garden and pergola.

YES! Memorial Day to October, Idyllwood’s 8,000 sq ft event floor has flowing white drapes around the floor. Perfect acoustics makes your “I Do’s” sound sweet and the music and conversation will go all night
However long you need it! Our standard wedding rental rate includes 4 pm to midnight. Beyond this, an hourly rate will be assessed.
IS IDYLLWOOD HEATED AND/OR AIR CONDITIONED?
We sure are! Your Venue Manager will happily adjust room temperature during your event, if necessary.
Yes, we also have a list of caterers in the area that we recommend. No roasters allowed
Absolutely! No candles, glitter, confetti, or rice though, please. 3 hours of decorating time the morning of the event is included. Additional time can be added to your package pricing.
Due to our liquor license, Idyllwood must provide all alcohol and bar staff. We have a variety of alcohol packages available and our bar staff is top-notch
Of course! We can also provide you with the perfect DJ. We love seeing live bands in the space, too.
